just FYI, I’ve never head them called Freedom Fighters here. Only “Tigers” or “F-5s” or “those ***hole bandits”
Ahh… the infamous Television MiGs, from Tom Cruise (Top Gun) to Clint Eastwood (Firefox), Harmon Rabb ( JAG) these jets have been villified and shot out of the sky on numerous occasions. I bet old man Northrop is doing flips up in Vallhalla.

IIRC Chuck Yeager thought that these were one of the best (jet) dog fighters that he had ever flown.
