Anyone know where I can download some fotos of the cockpit and the outside of the aircraft? What color gray should I use for the interior?

The Scorpion interiors were FS36321 Dark Gull Gray throughout, with black consoles and part black, part 36321 instrument panels. The shroud on the radar scope in the back was a dark gray rubbery material. I don’t know if there’s a Scorpion Assn. site, but I wouldn’t be surprised.
I used to play around on a derilict one in the mid-80s, and it had been painted in the flat ADC Gray overall scheme (36273). It was parked next to “my” RB-47 at the old Rebel Field in Harlingen, TX, and that’s why I remember it so vividly. I believe it was an ex-Minnesota ANG bird. It was like climbing a sheer rock face to get to the cockpit, with many kick steps and hand holds set into the fuselage. That was one big fighter.

WOW! What a way to spend one’s childhood! You are one lucky dog! The F-89 is one of my all time favorite a/c, and I have only been fortunate to see one flying overhead, low and slow many years ago! I envy you!
