I lost part #31 gear Scissors for kit #5827. I found out that Monogram reissued this kit as #5518 that is why I cannot access the parts site on their web site for kit #5827. Does anyone have kit #5518. Can you look up the instructions and parts number and tell me if part#31 is the gear scissors? If so then I can order that part from Monogram #5827
I have the instructions for kit # 5827 and 5923. Both show the nose gear torque link as part number 31. The # 5827 was the case XX wing and the #5923 was the Pro Modeler release with the case X wings.
Thank you. As result of your effort I now understand what happenend. I assumed that part 31 was for each leg of the main gear and I thought that I was a missing a piece. You have clarified that part 31 is for the nose gear and I am missing nothing!!! I really appreciate your help.
