I guess this should be in the aircraft section but here goes… does anyone out there know pilots names (and callsigns), and BuNo’s for F/A-18 C Hornets from VFA 151 ‘Vigilantes’ and VFA 137 ‘Kestrels’ embarked on the USS Constellation circa 1998? A very specific question I know [:)], but it would really help me if anyone knew someone that was on the ship at the time, or where I could find such info?

Hi there, I’m a former Kestral Aviation Electronics Tech 3c, I was with them for the 94-95 WESTPAC and up until the spring of 97, and have my cruise book with all the officers names at that time. I can get you a list of all of our and the Vigis bureau numbers and some of the callsigns (pilots handles). All our aircraft were “Fleet Falcon 4xx” and the Vigis were “Switch 3xx.” Our CO was Cdr. Chris Nutter and our XO, the CO for the 97-98 WESTPAC was Cdr McCloskey. I have some color pictures of our planes, mostly on our flight line at Lemoore.
Try looking up NAS Lemoore on the 'puter, then select VFA-137 then VFA-151. Also try each individually. I’ll be back with the info I have in a couple of days after I get it dug out. Bruce sends
