F-86H Question

I’m currently laboring over the new “Special Hobby” F-86H kit. Among the photo etched parts are two thin U-shaped pieces which should be attached to the main landing gear. However, the (as usual) meager instructions are not specific enough for me to figure out exactly how those parts should be attached. There are no “completed” drawings to reference.

Does anyone know of any good photos on the web of F-86H main landing gear? The Walkarounds at ARC only show the nose gear detail. Or does anyone know exactly how those PE parts should be attached to the gear?

Try going to Cybermodeler.com. You can go to their photo resource section, and select the F-86. They have “walk-arounds” of all the F-86 versions, including the -86H. Hope it helps. Frank
