Does anyone have any idea what the dio with this little kit is supposed to mean? Who’s the guy on the island down below and why is the pilot of the F-86 sticking his tounge out at him?

Maybe, the guy on the ground was talking behind the Sabre man’s back, and he managed to convince the dragon-guy to go along to bring down the Sabre-guy, and the Sabre-guy’s all like “No way! I’m just going to fly away! na na na na ha ha.”
