F-16XL finally finished

well, here it is. I will run down the list for those who havnt seen my previous post:

Verlinden update set
Eduard F-16A PE set
F-16CJ PE set
RBF tags
Plackards
Afterburner Decals
Hobbydecal dry transfer stencils
Hasegawa canopy…Thanks Berney  your a life saver

And finally thanks to yardbird, and cuda for their advice too.

here are the pics :

the nose, not quite what came in the box

the side, I really like that paint, kinda different

the seat in the verlinden set is a kit in itself

another nose shot,

about the only kit part not touched was the tailpipe and engine, really the nicest part of the kit.

hope you all enjoy, any comments welcome

Doesnt it feel good to finish a master piece? [:D]
Looks great. You need to work on your photography some though. Some better pics would definetly do this bird some justice.
(I still think it would have looked better in an all over tiger stripe)[2c]

thanks awood, and you are right, my photography skills are definately not as good as my modeling skills. should have the wife take em for me.

A labor of love. I saw your inprogress pics and the final product is fabulous. I love the paint scheme and the “busy” look you gave it. Excellent detailing also. Great job.

Thanks for sharing

Neil

Thanks all, it was definately a labor of love.

Allen, it is the Kangnam kit in 1/32 scale, but all the PE and resin are for diferent kits

thanks for the compliments

thanks all, this was probubly my most detailed kit to date, and the most hevily modified too. As for favorites, its the only F-16 varient I like, and my second favorite kit I have done.

Once again thanks for the compliments
