F-16 conformals

I’ve been seeing magazine photos of F-16s with (A) electronic (?) spines and/or (B) over-wing ‘conformal’ pods (fuel tanks?). Are there and aftermarket products of these items out there? My particular interest is 1/72 scale. Thanks,

They are indeed conformal fuel tanks over the wings and there are no aftermarket resin detail sets for these I could find.

I believe the enlarged dorsal spine is specific to two-seat models.

Just as a follow-up, in your initial post you stated that your preference was for 1/72 scale, but if you want to step up to 1/48, the CFTs are available from Cutting Edge part# CEC48428 and a version of the dorsal spine, part# CEC48433
