Ok, I have never used Alclad paints before and plan using them on my Revell F-15E for the areas around the engines. Problem is, I’m not sure which ones to use. Any advice?
Please, practice on scrap before you use Alclad on a good model. It’s tricky stuff!

Oh, I will. I have an italeri Spitfire that i’m going to use. It kinda bit the dust during the build, so it’s now a test bed for paint.
While not super-experienced with it, the few times I’ve used it, I’ve had excellent results. I did do some searching here for pointers, but just basically went for it. It pretty much boils down to; keeping your subject clean and using a base coat of gloss black. Good luck!

You only need the gloss black if its the Super Shine paints by Alclad II like Crome or Airframe Aluminum. Otherwise any gloss undercoat will do.
This is a good video and I picked up a few tips, just wish it was in English!
Any idea what paint pens he was using?
pens are called real touch marker.
The key is a good primer. I use Mr. Hobby Mr. Surfacer. Never had an issue. When you paint it, do it with a lower pressure with light coats. Don’t thin it at all. Good stuff.
