F-15 ailerons

AM building the GWH F-15 and the kit has separate flaps and ailerons I don’t think the flaps would be down on a parked a/c… Many of the pics I see of built F-15’s have both ailerons in the down position, do they droop after hydraulic pressure bleed off or are they mistaking the ailerons for the flaps.

F-15 ailerons do droop as hyd pressure bleeds off. When I was working on the Monogram kit, I drooped the ailerons.
