lewbud, that is looking very nice, the SA roundels are deffinetly differant.
Thanks Bish. They certainly do stand out. This is the first time I’ve used AIMS Decals and I like them. It seems like all you have to do is think about dunking them in water and they release from the backing paper. The remaining markings include a RAAF Mustang, a RAN Sea Fury, a SAAF F-86, a RAAF Meteor F.8, and a RAF Sunderland. The only one that won’t get built will be the Sunderland (maybe the Meteor as well, just not a fan) due to the fact that I don’t have room for it once it’s built. The only thing I don’t like is that the roundels are two piece decals.
Just about through with the Mustang. Just need to finish painting and hang the ordnance.
Should be done by tomorrow.
