I just came across this excellent diorama of a Panzer III. It was built by Tapir. Congratulations!

I was wondering where to get the wire for the fence.

Use some small-squared chicken wire from a hardware store for the wire. Get a foot or so of the smallest mesh you can find, and then just cut each wire length down each strand, leaving the woven cross-wires to twist around the single wires into “barbs”.
