It is in German, but English navigation is available.
It has colour plates of every type of Luftwaffe aircraft, along with cockpit shots, and even shots of individual instruments!!!
It also has colour charts and camo schemes.

This site is a real go-to. It’s been an invaluable source for me on many projects and if you’re at all interested in the Luftwaffe, take some time to check it out. There’s info here that you won’t find elswhere and some that you can find anywhere, but there are few if any places where it’s all brought together like this.
