I convince my wife to help me paint some of the detail parts that might otherwise be very tedious for me. I’m always surprised at the result…usually her painting often freehand is better than mine…hummmm…I wonder if she notices too…

Watch out, she may take over the bench [:)]. I have a freind who is strictly an Armor builder & he taught his lady freind to assemble his indy tracks for him. That’s what I call true love.

Well it hasn’t come to any of that yet. I’ve completed about a dozen projects in the last year and she’s only helped on a couple…briefly…I’m happy with the fact that she doesn’t mind the time I spend building despite the fact we have a young baby. What can I say…love does wonders…and she didn’t even know I modeled when we first met as I was busy with other projects at the time.
I guess I just got a little bit lucky…
One of my trade secrets is located the laundry room near the hobby room. Usually It’s honey I’ll throw a load of clothes in for you and off I sneak to complete step two…she appreciates my dual role as model builder/homemaker.
