Hello fellow modelers, Does anyone know where I can find a dealer of Esoteric mods? I am specifically looking for the BJ4 F9F-8T Cougar (resin fuselage conversion) and the NJ5 F9F-8P Cougar (resin nose conversion). Any help would be greatly appreciatted… John
I always keep my eyes out for these conversions as USN a/c are my favorite. They are very hard to find, occasionaly appearing on e-bay. Actually, I’ve never found the -8P, and only saw the -8T twice, the last time it sold for $29. Airmodel made(makes) a vacform kit of the F9F-8 which included an extra -8T fuselage and -8P nose. My plan is to add these the Hasegawa kit in order to get my conversions done. Let me know if you have any questions. Gary
