I glued some parts together using 5 min epoxy. It required a clamp to hold them together while it dried.
The problem is the glue also gets on the clamp i.e. the clamp winds up stuck to the part. Luckily I was able to get the clamp off with no damages.
I’ve run into this problem several times, not always with good results.
So, my question: is there anything that epoxy will not stick to that I could place between the part and the clamp?
Maybe something like a light coating of oil or grease?
Silicone spray may work - it’s often used as a mold-release when casting. The can I have says specifically that it repels adhesives. However, it also repels paint and that may be an issue if the parts you are glueing need to be painted afterwards.
Epoxy will not stick to teflon nor polyvinyl plastics. It sticks quite poorly to nylon and I suspect nylon could be used for your purposes. Also, it will not stick to a waxy surface, so you can wax any material and the epoxy will not stick to it.
This is just a shot in the dark, but wax paper might work.

buy some cheap , off brand chapsticks,then you have a non stick coating you can “draw” on where you need it,and a thread sealer/non stick “pen” for the threads of your paint bottles

I was just using some of my mini bar clamps. They have pads on the clamping pieces that are polyurethane, which is one of those materials that virtually no glue (including epoxy) will stick to. Looks like they were thinking well when they designed them. I love those clamps, the adjusting triggers feature a micro movement for accurately controlling the clamping pressure.
