I am still sigh building the old ERTL fiberoptic Enterprise D. I drilled out the windows for lighting. I like the way the model looks, but would love to fill the window holes with something transparent. Someone suggested testors clear model cement. Anyone have any ideas? I am trying to get rid of that “look right into the saucer section” effect.

I’ve heard of using elmers glue.
Can you get Humbrol products where you are?, if so maybe have a look at their Clearfix.
You can either use it as a glue to stick canopies on, or to make small windows.
