Help: I just got a model of a Cadillac Eldorado Biarritz (1958) but no painting instructions. The engine is molded in black, I’ve tried to find the correct color on the web but no luck. I hope someone out there can help. I don’t build too many cars and this is a gift for someone who knows and loves Caddies

Dark blue would be correct.

If it’s the 2 4bbl version, it’s kinda medium blue with gold valve covers & triangular aircleaner with a chrome “v” emblem on the aircleaner. (Transmission was also engine color).
