enamel washes

If if I use enamels as my basecoat, and need to use an enamel as the wash, what type of thinner medium should I use?
Were talking about MM enamels here.

I’d suggest using a gloss top coat before doing a wash. An Acrylic base such as Future is ideal. Enamel washes are best thinned with mineral spirits, IMHO.

[#ditto] tht works well. of course, u cud use my method of jst adding small layers of clear gloss and flat enamel, so that the wash only goes through a few of them…[:P][;)]
