EE Lightning color question

Guys, I got the new airfix 1/72 EE lightnng and was looking to maybe do the camo scheme.
I see however that the one option is for high speed silver bottom and all over top green only, no grey.

Would the same aircraft at some stage of it’s live be painted with the grey/green over silver???

If it’s an F.2A of 19 or 92 Squadron, in Germany, then, no, it wouldn’t, since they were green over unpainted natural metal.
