Eduard seatbelts what color for who?

Hey gang! I got some Eduard etch color seatbelts 1/48 WWII can somebody tell me the color difference Air force and navy… Thanks…Dumb One … JJL [%-)]

Assuming you’re talking about the USAAF and USN, seatbelt color is supposed to be white, although I have also seen a medium green and olive drab. Instead of white, I use testor’s flat gull gray to give them a more “used” look.

Really depends somewhat on the AC your’e modeling, but the harness belts, those that go over the back of the seat, were usually white, and the lap belts were khaki. I use a very light gray for the harness, as white looks too stark for my taste in a model, and a greenish tan for the lap belts. I consider the Eduard “pre-painted” belts to be “pre-primed”.
