Hello, I’m about to embark on the 1/48 Eduard Fw-190 A-5. I bought it unsealed off E-bay and it was advertised as “complete”. Unfortunately the engine was partially assembled with most of the remaining engine parts in a plastic bag. Inventory revealed that its missing parts J29 and J38, the exhaust assemblies. Normally I wouldn’t worry about it and carry onward, but it appears I need these to attach the engine and such. Does anyone know how to contact Eduard for replacements? Any help would be appreciated.

Hey Joe, yes they do have good customer service. You can post questions on their web page and they will email answers to you. I needed a new wing half for my bf110 as the original was warped. Takes a while to get to the states though, about a month for me, after the processing and shipping.
