“Has” means Hasegawa. [;)]
You can often put PE that is meant for Kit A into Kit B, but it usually means quite a bit of extra trimming, fitting, and fiddling. I’ve never built this kit, so I can’t speak to it’s particular idiosynchracies.

Hello Orval,
Even though the PE is set for the Hasegawa kit, I am sure you can adapt it to the Revell kit… One thing is for certain, you will have to test fit/dry fit the PE to the areas of interest…
However I myself feel trying to use the PE for the Revell 38 would be tough since it is not resin… resin is a lot more forgiving than PE is…
At any rate, test fit and let us know!! Looking forward to your build!!
Flaps up,
Mike

Well ordinarily I would agree that you can adapt some PE sets for another manufacturer. I personally would not recommend it in this case. Having built both kits I think the PE set relies on structure from the plastic kit that just doesn’t exist in the Revell/Monogram bird. If you are a skilled scratch builder you might think about tackling it but I would forget it otherwise.
