Tough Break (no pun intended). Looks too thin for a pin. Some strong glue/adhesive is probably your best bet (5-minute epoxy?).

It is a Heller 1:72 EC-121 Warning Star
Ah bummer. I have props for the 1/144 Minicraft and the 1/134 Monogram super connie… but no 1/72.
Like veedub said, the broken blade end is probably too small to drill a hole for a pin. But you could try using a very thin razor saw to cut a channel into the end of the blade (the red line in my cartoon) and then install a metal pin in the spinner (blue line) that fits snugly into that channel, and glue these together using CA or epoxy. You’d then have to use some putty to fill in remaining gaps.

I would use a liquid fast drying solvent glue like tackit II, applied with a medium/small sable hair paint brush.
Superglues work but are actually very weak on painted surfaces and once adjusted/aligned while curing, are then very difficult to hold in place accurately until it does cure.
It has been my experience that a solvent glue is a better option on landing gear and props, and superglue for post paint attachments like wheels, gear doors, armaments ans all the static discharge and antennas broken off during the build.
