Nice subject, I admit. But it’s not “rare,” or even hard to come by - I see them all the time on eBay. Man, that entire ‘rare’ angle is so full of holes and overused; it stopped being funny a long time ago. The Monogram 410 isn’t really esoteric, either, or even all that popular or special… But, yet again, the price has gone stupid. This stuff never fails to amuse me.
A day to go, and the two warring bidders are still in it, with maybe more waiting, I dunno. One thing is sure - the seller is probably very happy I’ll tell you what, I’ll let mine go for a discount. $75 and it’s yours!
Well, it just shows that P.T. Barnum was correct about suckers and how one is born every minute. He was just too late for ebay, I think he would have modified his frequency of sucker births.
