You all may have seen this bird before. I just returned from a day at Fantasy of Flight museum near Orlando, Fl. and I got some great shots of the interior and exterior of an the only airworthy early B-26. If anybody is interested I will post a few more of gear wells and engines. All you need to do is tell me how to post more than one image at a time!
that is a good shot. thanks.
joe
Wowser, can’t believe nobody’s asked for more shots, I’d love to see more…
As for posting images, you can post as many as you want here.
Fade to Black…
Got bombbay?
what is the outside color?I am building a 1/48 scale and looking for ideas can you send me all you pics to my e-mail it is stukah@yahoo.com thankx!
I painted mine with dark olive drab H304, neutral gray H306, medium green H309, those are Gunze´s colors, and i know that on april 8 1941 TO authorizes Medium Green H309 to be applied over Dark Olive Drab H304. To be applied to leading and trailing edges of wings, stabilizers and rudder. The size of the splotches was 0% to 20% of the width of the wing, stab and rudder. the colors were then replaced in 1943 by ANA 613 Olive Drab FS 34087 ANA 603 Sea Grey FS 36118 ANA 612 Medium Green FS 34079.
and say thanks to Fuzzy.
Hope it helps
Regards
Hector.
Nice pics! I visited Fantasy of Flight a little over a year ago and got some good pics, but no internior pics. I’ll try to find the pics (I’ve moved since then) and see if anything is worth posting.
