Someone gave me a box. In this box was a rolled strip of L.E.D.s. Some kind of electrical box and greeblies related to all the rest. Hi, TB, I hope you are well. I tried to PM you but, for some reason, all I could get was a blank white box that wouldn’t let me type into it.
Anyway, I was going to say that my one and only experience with these was in the form of a kit, which just plugged together - an electrical transformer in a little black box which plugged into the wall socket, and a lead from the transformer with a jack plug to connect it to the LED strip. I’m not good with electrical stuff, so I’m afraid I can’t be much help but, hopefully, refreshing your thread may bring it to the attention of someone who can.

Did they tell you anything about how much power or is there anything printed on the LEDs etc?
There are people here way more experienced than I with electronic stuff but personally I think I’d start with a single AA battery and see if they light. If not you can move up to more batteries. In any case if you don’t know start with the smallest amount of juice and move up to more power.
