is anybody in the community familiar with dry transfer decals for armor?
can you apply flat lacquer finish on it?

I hope you mean after they are applied? I did use Testor enamel flat over Archer dry transfers with no problems. It could be good idea to seal them with Future before that, though. Hope it helps, have a nice day
