Never had a problem, but I’ve never order parts - always models. They also ship very promptly!
How about their shipping charges? pretty reasonable? They seem to have some GREAT sales.

Oh they are HORRIBLE… they keep posting Great SALE items at half retail cost (even cheaper than Lucky Models!), and their shipping charges are good (and free over 100$ like Squadron). they have made me break my “no more kits” resolution 3 times already, and made me fill up one more shelf with half-priced relatively new releases, including 5 different mustangs… The humanity!
