Great idea but I suggest lowering the price to $2.00-2.50. I think the resulting volume would more than make up for the difference in the retail price, unless there is some sort of associated cost per download FSM has to bare that would make a $2.00 price impractical.
For myself, I’d spend $4.95 for a particular article and that’s it but I’d also spend $10.00 if I could get 4 or 5.
Or they could do something really crazy and put them in the magazine wealready pay fo__r…
I like FSM, I wouldn’t subscribe if I didn’t, but I still can’t wrap my mind around charging for a magazine and then charging even more money for a pdf. file download.
I was thinking the same thing, firesmacker - I know FSM has to make money, but this seems just a tad predatory. Things like this could make up for the lack of in-depth articles on paint and glue tests, air brush evaluations, etc.
