Are there any larger Douglas C-54 Skymaster kits in 1:48 or 1:32?
A C-54 in 1:32 ? It would be the size of a Volkswagen! Cant say that Ive seen a kit of the Skymaster, but that doesnt mean there isnt one maybe in vacu-form…pretty sure there`s none in styrene in those scales.
saw a 1/144 C-54 kit at a hobby shop today but it was way over priced as were most of the kits in this place.
Yeah, I think there is a 1:144 and a 1:72 but I’d love to find a larger scale one. Love the 1:32 and 1:48 scale kits. Especially the bombers.

There’s a couple at least in vacuform in 1/48. Execuform makes one.
Alas, but Mach 2 is the only 72nd scale kit. I agree. I want that kit my self for the “Candy Bomber” markings. Been on that very plane…toured it not flown in it. I like to do models of stuff I’ve actually seen firsthand. But, Mach 2 is just a little over my budget.
