Wow! AMazing, Phaisal! You have some beautiful models there, but the Dora just blows everything else out of the water. What a BEAST!!! [:P]

Thank you so much for your kind comments, Karl! You’re right about the Dora blowing everything else away. It’s enormous, monstruous and disastrous!

Phaisal the Dora looks fantastic and HUGE. It’s such a great model are there any thoughts of building some custom tracks? If theres one out there that deserves it its Dora, and it’s just my opinion but the plastic pre-formed tracks cheapens it.

Many thanks for your kind comments, Terry! Custom or aftermarket tracks are not available, perhaps because they are too big (30x50cm x4 plates). The only aftermarket product for the DORA is the decals which I opted not to have because there are too many of them, maybe 2-3 hundreds pieces. The 3,000+ plastic kit is already torturous for any builder.

Agreed, building a Dora is more mentally challenging than physical. Nice work.

Sure, it’s mental first. Once you won the mental war and start working on it, the physical challenge begins. [:)]

MM - as always, thank you for sharing your photos here! In the first few photos of Dora, it’s actually a little hard to grasp the sheer size of the model, but the addition of the figures makes it clear just how large it is in reality. What a beast! A fantastic addition to your collection - just hoping you don’t have to build an addition on to your place to house it!
