Tamiya and hasegawa make detailed model kits but not every one are equal in detail.the best thing to do is ask the forum members about a particular kit you are interested.You are sure to get several informed replies as well as links to model review websites.

I’d say hasegawa and i’ve found recently that Academy are putting out some nicely detailed kits.
