Does this camo even look right?

Well, besides the fact that I ruined one part… Oh how I hate enamel paint…

So here it is in all it’s scanned in glory… (This is just the wing I tested it out on…)

I bet if I had the green in acrylic it’d look better… And I wouldn’t have accidently screwed it up, I’m used to the faster drying times…

hey Akuma;
the Greys look a little light as with the Dk Greens, but the pattern looks good, also the colors may darken when the clear coat is applied, by the way is that the Revellograms A-10 in 1/48 scale?, and if you don’t want to do a Euro 1 painted plane the Hawgs are now Ghost Grey schemes

Yep, thats the Revellogram kit…

What’s the Ghost Grey scheme anyway? I’ve seen pics of it, but I’m just going by the kits directions…

Though they may look lighter since I lightened up the pic since it scanned kinda dark…

Are the A-10’s painted in the gost grey scheme or the gunship grey scheme now. It kinda makes sense that theey would be. All the other a/c that drop bombs, i.e. Strike eagle and B-One are painted in gunship grey. Just a thought.

Akuma;
try and look on the past A-10 chat in this forum and there is a guy who has all the info on the A-10’s, past, present & future, His name is Dice and he’s got this great website and as for Ghost Grey schemes are now on all A-10’s the consist of 3 colors FS 36320 DK Ghost grey, 36375 LT Ghost Grey, & 36118 Gunship Grey (this color is only used on the bottom of the planes nose right under the cockpit) the plane is mostly LT Ghost with Dk Ghost on the sides and top in front of the wings, on top of the wings after the leading edges , top of the engines, a good place to see the paint scheme is check out Dice’s website as I said before you’ll like it
