Does anyone know?

All,

Let me first say a great big thank you to everyone who has helped perpetuate my psychosis otherwise known as a hobby. The help you all have been in making my crazy idea come into being has been invaluable.

Now I ask for assistance once again to locate a 1/72 scale V-1 Flying Bomb. So far from my internet searches the only one I have found is in an Airfix combo kit that also has a Gloster Meteor. I guess they are meant to be posed as the hunter and prey. I have only found one obscure review of the kit and it apparently is above what most people expect from Airfix, I just hesitate to buy the whole kit for one small part.

If anyone knows of a manufacturer that makes a 1/72 scale V-1 I would love to know. Otherwise I will probably just buy the Airfix kit and add the Gloster to my collection of stuff to get around to.

Thanks

Here is a review of some of the MAC Distribution 1/72 kits;

& here is a link to MAC Distribution;

The kit seems to be available from various online retailers.

Well once again I guess it all boils down to search terms. Had I began this escipade with searching out “Fieseler Fi 103” I might have actually found this.

Thanks for the help!!

Also Dragon made(or still makes) a AR-234 w/V-1 called a Huckepack with the AR-234 being the mother craft for the V-1 and it is in 1/72 scale.

If I remember correctly, the old Airfix Heinkel Greif included 2 buzz bombs for one of the kit variants, but that’s probably harder to dig up these days, than the leads the others have offered.

Best regards,

Brad

Heller produced a double kit of the V-1, and Bacham “Natter” in 1/72. As for locating one, I would suggest ebay.
