Does anyone have a contact email for Eduard?

I am trying to contact Eduard to acquire some replacement decals for the bad the bad ones in my Albatros kit, but the email addys (info@eduard.cz and department@eduard.cz) on their page are not valid. Does anyone have a way to email them? TIA!

Guy- I tried both of those emails on that page, but neither of them works from here. [sigh]

Did you order direct or thru a retailer/distributor? If you ordered from them direct, then you’ll have to work directly with them…otherwise go back to the retailer/dist. you purchased from.

Thanks Gerald. I haven’t tried the retailer yet, as past experience with them on these matters has proven to be frustrating. I shall at least call them about it today though. [tup]

Frank I went ahead and opened a couple more kits and they were all like that. I will get with Eduard today.

By the way you owe me some good cheese for this you act like this is my job or something[:O].

yes, try that! I got replacement parts for my Mirage and a catalog in a few days only free of charge

I sent my email to them yesterday, and this morning I had a return email asking for a ship-to address for my new decals. Keeping my fingers crossed! [:D]
