Do you need B-24 and B-17 Photos?

Today the B-17 and B-24 landed at my airport. The B-24 being “Dragon and His Tail”, the B-17 “9-0-9” (I think the B-17 is correct.) Anyways, I will be at school all night (I’m at work now) and thought that I would ask if anyone has any special photograph requests, as I will be walking through them both tomm. again. I did today, and took about 90 photos total. Any requests, e-mail me with what you want. Keep in mind they are not letting anyone in the cockpits, Gunner Pods, and they are not opening up engine cowlings. Tomm is the last day they will be here, so you have until 11:00 Tonight (California time…it is now 3:55 in California, compare that to the time the forum says I posted, and you’ll have 7 hours from that time to respond) At which time I will come home from school, check my e-mail and go to bed. And then tommorow, I will take the requested pics, and e-mail them.

I could sure use some B-17 photos, hope their b-17 g photos

Gunney, yes it is a B-17G. Here is a link to a site with the crash pics of it (it crashed in '87) just to give you an idea.

Just e-mail me by clicking on the e-mail icon on the bottom of my post, and I will send you an invite to view my online photo album. The album has just a little over 100 photos.

Hey, heath! I just went through the B-17 album and what great interior shots you have! [tup] I especially like the closeup of the supecharger and that opening at the wing root. (to this day, i have no idea what it’s for.) Fantastic pics, and I’ll be going through the B-24 Album soon enough! [:)]

Oh, and was that you in the white or brown shirt?

Heath,
I sent an email to also see the pics.

Glad you guys like 'em!! To the other 4 people who e-mailed me today, your pics are on the way!!! For everyone: I am the dude in the white shirt!!! The guy in the brown shirt is my younger brother!! He just started modeling with me after checking out Tamiya Con a few weeks ago!! He was in total awe (as was I!!) These birds are extremely impressive, and if you ever get the chance, make sure to check them out!!!
