Above question really. As you can see I can’t log on??? So have had to re-register under a different name until it’s sorted.
I’ve contacted customer services but if a mod is about I’d like a quick word.

i’ve had a similar prob on occasion. took several attempts but managed to logon. i think your email/pw must be exact to what you originally registered with

I’ve tried EVERY possible variation of password. I have a personal and a work Email address and no others. I have so many applications that require passwords I use the same one for pretty much everything that doesn’t involve money or very important things.
I’ve Emailed customer services-I hope I hear from them as I want my post count back and I’ve got some great links stored in my pm box!

I’ve clicked on ‘forgotten password?’ and it prompts you to enter your Email address-I’ve done this and it just keeps saying ‘address not recognised’.
It’s really doing my head in now tbh [:(]
Hopefully I’ll get an Email from FSM on Monday to get it sorted.

Actually it wasn’t my password-when I initially registered I must have entered my Email address with a .com at the end instead of .co.uk.
Just for the hell of it I tried putting my Email address in with a .com at the end & HEY PRESTO!

I just got through a major headache, regarding multiple email addresses and passwords. I must say, customer service did an excellent job helping me get past my stuipidity! They were patient and kind.
