I bought a DML kit at a Hobby show last May, DML kit #5505, 1/48 Horten Ho229A-1 Flying Wing, only to discover that it is missing two pieces. They are supports for the cockpit, parts C1 and C3. I have tried going through ‘Dragon Care’ with an e-mail last 6/6/2023, but have heard nothing back. Is there another site to use?
I would insist on the seller who sent it to you, he should give you a solution. If not, contact and insist with the manufacturer directly, they are also responsible for having included the correct parts in your kit.
You can try Scalemates.com I hear they have helped lots of guys.
Another place you can try is e-bay. Quite a few guys have gotten parts there. Might have to pay a little + shipping, but worth a try.
Hope this helps.
Stay safe.

For a brief moment in time, Dragon Care was the ultimate source for getting replacement parts. But that’s been not a thing for about 15 years or so.
Right now, I think the best way to try to get the parts through their US distributor.
Who is the US distributor? I am in Canada.
I don’t know; Canadians have always had problems with this issue since there were customs issues like fees that don’t exist in the US. I know there was some dude that lived along the border who used to often work as a go between getting stuff mailed to him at his US address (or was it work?) and then sent it to fellow Canadians when he crossed back into the Great White North.
There were times that customs fees were more than the true worth of the item being mailed.
