Neither Squadron nor Dragon USA list this kit. Any suggestions as to an on line dealer with an extensive DML stock?
Out of production, rare and expensive.

Occasionally they are on ebay. They will cost you though.
Kit 6406 is the re-release of that one…and is readily available. Not quite all the same bells and whistles, but you don’t need to donate an arm or leg to get one.

Yeah, it was pretty much replaced by #6406. I just sold my #6253 for $35 which is what I paid for it about 4 months ago in a local hobby shop. Nuts…
I scored the cheaper of the two kits on EBay last week. Still cost $60 + S&H for $70 total. I was the only bidder. I really wanted the PE fenders that come with 6253. I couldn’t find any aftermarket PE for the new DML offering.
This was the first DML kit I ever built and one of the first kits I built after getting back into the hobby. Totally amazed how much detail there was. I still have the front pe fenders do to the fact that I was new to pe and they were a little intimidating especially those working hinges[:S].
