DML Pzkpfw I Ausf A Guns?

Are there aftermarket brass machine guns for this vehicle? I’m not quite sure what I would be looking for. Thanks fellas.

Here a link to the comparison reviws on PMM of the various brass MG 34 machine guns avalable. I haven’t got any of these yet, but i do plan of getting the Aber barrels. For any barrels these are usually my first choice, foloowed by armourscale. But read the review and see what you think.

Thank you very much for that!!

LB,

The Pz I was equipped with MG13s, not MG34s, so those barrels won’t be of help to you unfortunately.

Adler’s Nest makes this and ModelPoint carries them…but ModelPoint has been a little spotty lately from what I’ve heard so you may want to look around and see if some of the other online shops carry them.

The Barrel Store in Canada also has these as well, look under Adler’s Nest in the catalog description for item ANM35021.

HTH!

In all my years i never noticed that, i always assumed they were MG 34’s. Thanks for correcting my error bill.

Guys thanks a bunch, I can’t tell you how much I apprecite it.

No problem Bish, it’s an easy mistake to make and one I made myself too when I was looking for barrels for a Pz I a while back…couldn’t understand why I couldn’t find any at the time either! [(-D] The MG-34 hadn’t been accepted by the Waffenamt yet when the Pz I entered production so it received the older MG13s instead. Same 7.92mm caliber but the MG13s are clip fed in the Pz I vs. belt or drum on the MG34s. As a side note, it’s also featured as the rear gunner weapon in the Stuka!

The Adlers Nest barrels, particularly the blues ones, are sublime. Really nice little jewels, but eachnone costs as much as a new Pz 1 kit!

No question there…since you need 2 of them, you can easily spend upwards of $30 just on the brass barrels alone! [8-]
