I can’t think of an exact colour but maybe a mixture made up of mainly Tamiya Medium Blue (XF-18 I think)?
Standard Flat Blue should be good with the addition of high/lowlights too.

denim comes in so many shades and colors, but I agree with hinksy on this one. medium blue/grayish color.
I suppose it depends upon what stage of fade you intend to show. And what sort of clothing article as well. For blue denim like jeans or sailor’s dungarees Sea Blue is a good starting point for new denim. As it fades something like Intermediate Blue. For old faded ones, almost a sky blue with a hint of gray. Something like the Luftwaffe Lichtblau or Hellblau…
