Hi all, i just finished my entery in starship modeler beer can challenge and thought you would all like to see and comment on it, as this is my first scratchbuilt ever, taking a Coors light beer can ( consuming the contents first of course…for susport. ) and building a sub…quite a project but i saw it through with only two hours to spare,started around April had to be finished July 4 th,
all comments are always welcome i still have some painting and decals to add on,does anyone know where i can find any decals of dolphins or better yet some of the old tv show’s dolphin Flipper ? and yes the LED’s do work as i plan to include the sub in a diorama with the lights on, thanks again for this fine web site i am always learning and without all the modelers here sharing informantion i most likley would never have built this sub. Hey Karl, That is a great use of an empty beer can and to think I just crush them on my forehead. [:p] Seriously that is a great model, I hope you share the diorama with us as well.
