Take a Tiger tank, put it on pontoons, add a MK51 fire control radar to the turret, glue some wings on it, paint it in the Navy Aggressor Squadron scheme, substitute Crager mags for the track wheels, and drop a 440 Hemi in it.
There, decision made.[:D]
well i started work on a tamiya marder 3 m.so i gess i will call this poll to a close.Digger
Good choice Digger, the darkside force is pleased.
Winged thingies are in, you know ![]()
I really shouldn’t have voted at all, I’ve been looking at the models in the toy section of my local Tesco and got the most unexpected urge to build a motorcycle model! Something I’ve NEVER in my life had the urge to build.
If a 1/48 Catalina was your last project, then a break from wingy things could be good.
I have a 454 out of an old Monogram Chevy Malibu SS that would drop right in.[:D]
Nice choice on the Marder III-M. Welcome to the darkside…muahahahahahahahaha…
Why on earth would you want to build a TARGET???
Why not build a majestic machine that soars with the eagles?
P.S. That’s a thingy with wingies.
Yeah, in the sight of my 20mm FlAK vierling 38!
[}:)]You mean the thingy that glides like a brick back to the earth when the flame goes out.
Lets see, It’s on the ground, it moves, hmmmm, sounds like a target to me!!
Digger, do like I do when I can’t decide what to build next in my copious to do stack. Go to the LHS and just look around, guaranteed to solve the problem. Of course that’s how I wound up with 300+ models in the stack!! Beleive it or not there are even a couple of tanks and ships in that stack!!
If it should turn out to be armour, why not do something different. Verlinden is currently stocking a military D-8 Cat. Why not build it as a war surplus vehicle in brilliant yellow??
