Anyone know of a decent kit in this scale? How about ANY kit in this scale? [:)]

The biggest kit I know of for the Spirit is the Tesors kit and it is 1/72 not 1/48.

Testors makes a very poor 1/72 kit, and I believe there is also one in 1/144, but no injection kit in any larger scale that I know of.

Rats! Figures…I think it’s time for a letter to my congressman! (or at least to Tamiya!)

As far as the Testor’s kit goes, does it have many major flaws in it’s design? Lack of detail etc? I tried to find a build online somewhere that reviewed the kit but didn’t have any luck. Could you give me an idea what I’d be getting into with one of their kits?

Man! I’ve been looking for the same thing for years, its just such a unique looking aircraft that It would look great on my shelf. Guess it’s one more to add to the wish list of “kits I’d like to see someday”

I’d probably be surprised if someone made a 1/48 scale B-2 Spirit…
The real thing has a span of 172 feet, multiply by 12 for total inches, then divide by 48 to get a 1/48 scale size,that’s 43 inches - or three and a half feet!!!
You got shelf space for that?

I could make it work! [8D] At any rate, It looks like 1:72 is all I’ll be able to find anyway. So again, I ask what’s up with the Testor’s kit? Does it have major flaws in it??
