Kelly, may I ask why the December issue is out so early? It seems like in the 3 years I’ve been a subscriber the monthly issues have come out earlier and earlier.

Hi RadMax8,

In the five-plus years I’ve worked for Kalmbach, the publishing schedule has been consistent – the magazine hits newsstands a month before the cover date (eg. November went on sale around October 1).

Of course, subscribers see the issues even earlier. It can be a little odd reading a December issue in October.
