Decal/ Painting Guide for MRC/ Academy US Coast Guard HTL-4

Does anyone have the decal/paint gude sheet for the MRC/ Academy 1/35 US Coast Guard HTL-4 (Bell-47)? I have the Revell kit and would like to do it up in USCG colors.
Here is the kit I am talking about.

The kit is in the back of a stack in my closet … so I can’t get it tonight but consider it done. I’ll make sure to scan the decals and painting page and send it to you next weekend. You need any of the other pages from the instructions?
