Hello everyone!

I used to have FSM issues from the 1980’s that I loaned to a friend, which unfortunately were thrown out by his wife. I’ve been buying used issues here and there to replace some of them. Can anyone help me by identifying the month and year of the issue that featured a scratch-built Das Boot U-Boat interior featured in the Readers’ Gallery? Thank you all for reading.

I don’t have the magazine that you are looking for, but this link has some nice interior photos of the U-505 at The Museum of Science and Industry in Chicago. It is nothing less that a super exhibit.

The interior tour of the boat is worth its weight in gold.

Folks, I found the issue, which was from March 1995, no wonder I couldn’t find the image I was looking for among my remaining FSM issues from the 80s. Thanks and apologies to those who went through the trouble. Cheers, Ray
