Dang that cat

My 35 lb. cat somehow knocked my laptop onto the floor so I had to go and buy a new one. In the meantime I have been building a Skif MT-LB w/ ZU-23/2. Much to my chagrin the attachment points for the treads are those little single-pin-through-the-hole type. In the past, nothing seems to hold them together except melting them but that doesn’t seem to be the best idea with these little fiddly pins and holes–so does anybody have a suggestion? Also, does anyone want a really big cat? Maestro-2007

i believe i super glue mine and they hold pretty well. as for the cat…mine used to nibble on my guys, weapons, anything plastic she could get her teeth on…after the second time i moved all my stuff into my own room and close the door when im not in there…she no longer bother’s my stuff!! [}:)]

is it a cougar?

getting a cat to 35 lb is sorta sick.

Sometimes, you have to sew them together.

Personally, I’d superglue the cat to the litterbox…[;)]

Forget the laptop, a 35LB cat would knock my lap on the floor. Otherwise a little Superglue on the tracks might work. I can’t sew worth a hoot.

Solution…

I use a forcefield.

OH MY GOD----LMFAO!!!

That’s hilarious!!!

Oooh—I’ll bet he’s NOT HAPPY! LOL!

Wow…35lbs! Talk about a feline monster…and DM’s photo made me almost fall out of my chair. [(-D]

You might also try stapling the tracks but if they are delicate/tiny that might not work either.

regarding the cat, two words come to mind: air soft…[:-,]

Another reason to stick with dogs. I hate cats. No use for them at all.

For the tracks, I use superglue and have no issues.

…try superglue…on the cat, that is…

I cant get past the fact that just because your laptop fell you need a new one.

Unless the screen cracked to the point its unuseable, any issues are probably from a connection coming loose inside. Should take it to a repair shop before going and buying a new one.

Something that will keep the cat away is Cayenne Pepper, the hot red stuff. Just sprinkle a small amount around. They always sniff everything. This will make it stay away. JUST DON’T SNEEZE![yuck]

.45 ACP 185 JHP - cures cat issues every time…[:-,]

Hey, now! I love cats!

I just never can eat a whole one.[dinner]

A 35 lb cat is like a person that weights 600 lb.
Normal cats weight less than 10.

Regarding the cat–his name is Sparky–he’s not fat at all. He’s a Maine (Maned) 'coon cat, the only domestic feline indigenous to the Continental U.S. 35 lbs. is about normal for a male. Although the picture was pretty funny, he would break through that force field in a pinch. He’s normally a big fur ball of love though. We have two cats and two fairly large dogs so the power to weight ratio is about 3:1

well i have to admit cats arent as useful and great as dogs, but my sisters cat named bobo is a ok cat, she knows how to sit, she doesnt go in my room knock every thing down and whenever im painting figures or building models all she does is watch me build , paint, and by accidently cut my self.and im not going to tell you guys about what she does that pisses me off[;)]

AWWW I have a maine coon too. His name is Chickpea, hes only a few years old

I have a cat that winks at you, but he only weighs 18 lbs. I really need to see a pic of this 35 lb cat.
