Guys:

Hi! You guys always seem to know when something is coming out, does anyone know when Cyber-Hobby is going to release the preorders for the Whittmann Tiger I? I’ve had one on order since the first day it was posted on their US website but still haven’t seen anything on when they are shipping. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

It’s already going out to some people, but not sure if it’s been widely released yet. Depending on where you are “in line” with your order placement, it may be a bit before they ship it.

Hi! Thanks for all the follow-up information. I hope the kit is as good as I think it’s going to be! I missed out on the Tunisan Tiger I so I jumped on this one right away. Mid December isn’t bad, jsut home it doesn’t get lost in the mail.

They are already fetching $70 plus on ebay and the bidding is still going on.

i wonder if that $44 price is real, and if they actually have any? personally i doubt it.

one just finished on ebay for £59 / $117, so value seems to have been established for the time being.

I remember it was a while before the DAK ones went stratospheric though, so i’m biding my time at the moment (Cyberhobby kits fund a lot of my hobby budget!)

i haven’t been on this forum in probably a year and a half: i recognise none of the names i used to (with apologies to wbill76), and people’s manners have obviously gone AWOL it would seem.

no-one said you were a liar.

i merely thought what you said “too good to be true” (it is certainly financial ineptitude on the part of the seller if they are a local hobby store, as at $44 a pop they’re probably making a loss on them!).

if you held it in your hands i hope you cleaned them out of their entire stock?

if you didn’t, share the love and tell everyone else where they can make free money - i sure could use some!
